moondreamerx's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Palm Sunday and the only palms are the ones on my hands If you've tried to view my site the past few days, chances are you couldn't get to it. Sorry about that, Diaryland had a mondo server crash, and all the sites were down for a little. While. Thank God everything here is back up and running now. Hmm, now where were we? Well, Friday was mine and Tyler's 4 month anniversary :) We went to Fville and ate sushi and saw The Ring 2, and we still got back before like 11 PM. We were both really tired. Saturday he went home a little while cuz his grandparents were visiting and plus it was his mommy's Bday. I just sat around and played on the comp and slept. He didn't get back till like 5, so we had just enough time to go to Walmart and get dinner before they started showing Hero at the film festival here. It kinda sucked. I only stayed because of the extra credit I can get for going lol. Today was kinda odd. We went to church, and it's Palm Sunday. We read the scripture about palm waving and screaming Hosannah, but we didn't get any palms :( Usually Tyler leaves after church, but since he had already gone home on Saturday, he stayed around. We went to Spring Lake and had lunch and went to Wally World and TRIED to find a place for him to get his hair cut. There were a couple places, but they were all closed. We came back and sat around for a while. He was REALLY tired, so I came back here so he could take a nap. I ended up taking a nap too. I set my alarm for 8:30 since CIA is at 9. At 9 I hadn't heard from him, so I called and he was still sleeping cuz his clock had messed up. We went to CIA and they hadn't even started yet, so it was all good. After CIA, Tyler went night night, and I came in and worked on my criminology paper. Start time: about 10:45 End time: about 1:17. Not bad for 5 pages. And yes, I WAS making an effort because I really like the teacher. Tried to make it succint, lol. I guess it's pretty good, but I can't post it here till it gets cleared on turnitin.com because I don't want them to think I plaigarized it off my own site lol. Not sure what I'm doin the rest of the week. Obviously I have to study and practice guitar. As far as I'm aware, the only big things for the rest of the week are my econ and Spanish tests, and they're both on Tuesday. I am hoping for another A on the Spanish, and I'm just praying for a blessing while I'm guessing on Econ. Me and Tynika and Dominic need to get together soon and do our lil xtra credit project for Spanish, cuz I'm pretty sure we could all use some extra points in there. I'm not really looking forward to going home for easter. It's soooo boring there, and yah, nothing to eat unless I go see Gma or pull something out of a box. Atleast Easter has a meaning this year though since I got saved last March. I'm hoping to get ahold of a copy of the Passion and watch it while I'm home or bring it back for Tyler to watch with me. Tonight in CIA, Nick showed us parts of it, but I think the whole movie was really nice. Sure it was violent, but they wanted to make it realistic so maybe those who saw it would realize that it wasn't just a movie but that there is a real Jesus who died for them about 2000 years ago and that he went through all that was in the movie and worse just to redeem us of our sins. 01:29 - March 21, 2005 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
